1) Application for admission will be accepted only on a prescribed form which can be issued from the school office along with the prospectus:
2) Copies of the below mentioned certificates are required for admission.
a) Govt. registered Birth certificate (photocopy) – Nursery. To class I
b) Marks statement (photocopy) -class I onwards
c) Transfer certificate (original) – Class I onwards
d) Migration certificate (original)- Class XI/XII on
e) Two recent passport sized photographs – for all classes.
f) Address proof (Ration card/voter I.D./Telephone bill)-for all classes
g) Caste certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC- for all classes
3) In case a Student after taking admission in the school wishes to withdraw, no fee will be refunded.
4) Application for withdrawal/Transfer certificate in the prescribed form duly filled by father/mother should submitted to the office.
5) Notice of at least one month must be given in writing for withdrawal and the following rules will apply.
a) Withdrawal from new session.
If a student has to be withdrawn from the commencement of a new session, parents are required to see the application in writing before 5th March of ongoing session failing which the full fee for quarter will be charged.
b) Mid-Term withdrawals
If a student has to be withdrawn in mid- term parents are required to submit the application in writing one month prior to the next start of the next quarter failing which full fee for the next quarter will be charged.
6) T.C. will be issued only after clearance of all financial obligations and dues.
7) A student who fails twice in the same class will not be permitted to continue his/her studies in the school.
8) Students can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds: Indiscipline.
Short of attendance Unsatisfactory progress in work. Detention or repeated detention in a class.
